"I took my tires in to get them traded out for sand paddles. I dropped them off and they had them done in an hour. When I went to pick them up one of my tires wasn't holding air. Asked the associate and he tried to fix it while i waited around for aprox. 20min. and said it might have been the valve stem not secured tightly and the tire seemed to hold air so I took it home. Got home and the tire was flat again. So I had to have my wife take it back in on her lunch hour so we would be able to get it done before we left for the weekend. They finally got it done and fixed it for free, which I would expect. All in all I am not angry just upset with the lack of thoroughness. It would have been very easy for them to check the tire and notice that it was flat and fix it before I came to pick it up. Next time I will pay an extra $5 and get it done at Bent Lever instead. "
"I called last minute to get some dirt bike tires changed because I was running errands and house shopping. I bought some tires in stock they mounted them and had them done before I was done looking at houses in the area. I had so much to do and in between houses so it's a pain working on the bike so it was much appreciated..
The service was a bit unexpected as well I mean I've been in the industry for a long time and it seemed like those guys loved their job and it was all much appreciated. i don't remember their names but on my receipt its cashier 8572 assoc 11739 and the other guy who worked that a.m 2/27/21 i really appreciate it!"
